Hi,
I have the trial version right now. Neat stuff here.
I'm trying to get paypal to work. Do I require a static IP to complete the IPN notification from paypal?
Thanks.
BTW tried to register, but can't log in. |

ok figured out the login stuff for the forum, so nevermind on that.
But I also was wondering if I can edit the login page on the trial version? _________________ surfwba.net |

Yes.
If you just want to change the text or picture, you can go to the UI Customization category within Configuration Manager. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Ok, I didn't know you could change the text from the UI panel, I was able to change the pic.
Just to be clear I need a static IP to use paypal IPN. Any other way to get around this? I am currently testing out the system on my home DSL connection, but the place I plan to move it to would need to make a modification which pretty much would add $30 a month to the service fee.
BTW, Thanks for the quick response. Patronsoft seems to be a breath of fresh air in the service side of things.
Also if I buy the software, am I able to download it from your site or do I have to wait for the CD? _________________ surfwba.net |

You can use the host.domain-name.com format in the post-back url. What you then need is a dynamic dns update client running. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
