I've just uninstalled v3 and installed the v4beta2. After rebooting, I cannot access the management interface. The web browser just says "Cannot find server".
The event log on the server reports this error from Apache:
The Apache service named Apache.exe reported the following error:
>>> [Thu Jan 05 15:51:03 2006] [error] Failed to resolve server name for 10.20.7.1 (check DNS) -- or specify an explicit ServerName <<<
before the error.log file could be opened.
More information may be available in the error.log file. .

I've managed to partially work around this by getting the configuration manager to be accessible through one of the server's interfaces, so that I can configure it remotely.
However, local administration still isn't possible.

Can you zip the logs folder under FirstSpot\www\apache folder and email to firstspot@patronsoft.com. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

uninstall FirstSpot, make sure Apache is removed and no other DNS. Then re-install FirstSpot. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
