| I hvae trialed FirstSpot v3.1 and found it mostly suitable and meets many requirements for HotSpots, but I wounder if you can add the feature of Dynamic Bandwidth Control, i.e., limiting the download/upload speeds depending on the consumed quota, starting from initial speed then lowering it by certain amount when exceeding a given amount of quota. |
