|

Hi I'm using the trial version of Firstpot to set up a wireless hotspot in my library. I am still waiting to receive the wireless access points but so far it works very well with some of the desktops that I have tested it with. I have noticed that some of our patrons use Apple Powerbooks and iBooks so I just wanted to know if the splash page will work with Safari or any other web browser for Mac.
Also I have read that the upcomnig v4 will have URL tracking. Is there a beta version that I can download somewhere?
Thanks,
Chris |

FirstSpot's login pages should work with Safari as we already support both IE and Firefox, and I would assume our html is pretty standard. Having said that, we haven't enough done test on Safari to claim that we officially support it. Do you have issue when using Safari as browser?
The "open" beta 2 should be ready before the end of year. Please come back and check out our web site later. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
