Well I think the subject says it all. I am running directly from a cisco router right into the box I have running firstsoft. That has a public IP address. The private side of the box also has a public IP address. All my AP's are running public IPs so I am able to monitor them/connect to them remotly. I am unable to ping any of the AP's or even the private side of the firstspot box. Is there any way around this? |

Did you turn off NAT within FirstSpot? Refer to chapter 3 of firstpost_guide.pdf for the instruction. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Try to put the source IP that initiates the traffic to FirstSpot and APs in the Exception Free Websites IP address list, restart FirstSpot. See whether this helps. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
