|
|
Hello,
I have a problem to redirect any webpage which my client computer requests such as yahoo.com. I have installed trial edition on a windows 2003 standard editon and all services are working properly. Client computer can get an ip address from dhcp and when it requests any webpage like yahoo.com, firstspots login page is appeared. I use "sample/password" account and then I can see redirecting page with two popup windows. First window contain information about this is a trial version etc. Second one is trying to open some pages like counting userid but doesn't appear anything on popup window. It returns abck to login page not to yahoo.com.
What is the problem and how can i correct this problem?
Best regards,
Serhat |

Have you ever tried to reinstall Firstspot in other "clean" windows machine?
We suspect that your ODBC driver is corrupted or not functioning since Firstspot cannot get connected to the database.
Please setup an VNC session for us to remote diagnosis.

We are still unable to connect to your remote desktop session, please double-check your settings (e.g. firewall). _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

We received the error "The client could not connect to the remote computer."
If your Firstspot is behind a firewall please make sure it is not blocking remote desktop.
If your server is behind a router please make sure you have forward the traffice from your router to Firstspot _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
