XP SP2 Issue

Support Guys -

I recently installed FirstSpot and had it working great, until one of our desktop guys upgraded the OS to SP2. We are now getting the following error:

Please advise. I checked that the ICF/Firewall service was diasabled and it is. I also made sure we aren't running Windows DNS.

So did you upgrade the client or server machine?

I think your problem is related to session cookies issues. See http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=246 .

I upgraded the server. The issue is not related to session cookies as I set the privacy setting to the lowest possible and we still have this issue. Apache will crash shortly after we get this error as well.

Update SP2 when the FirstSpot is running which may cause many problems, try to Re-install FirstSpot should solve your problem.
