Is it possible for all queries from a client to resolve to the firstspot box? When a browser is opened it goes to the login screen but if they type yahoo or anything it shows an error. I would like that no matter what they type it goes to the login page.
Also, even once logged in, can this behavior remain, meaning everything resolves to firstspot, and then it is this box that makes the request like a proxy.
Thank you

1) When you say "it shows an error", can you give us more details? FirstSpot is designed so that the client types any valid web sites and he will see the login page.
2) After the user logged in, FirstSpot will just acts as a router instead of proxy. Note that a router is much better than a proxy since it will support all Internet applications. A proxy will limit you to a few applications like Web or POP3. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
