Post subject: Version Expired - Firstpot wont start

Hi,

I added a heap of accounts the other night about 100 or so and now firstspot refuses to start saying version expired.
Im running 3.04 standard edition..

I wasnt aware there was a limit to the number of users i could create?

Thu May 12 10:52:14 2005 Version Expired
Thu May 12 10:52:47 2005 ***** All the error messages of session started at Thu May 12 10:52:47 2005 are shown below *****

can someone pls let me know what the issue is ? Im assuming its the accounts as this is the only thing ive changed recently.

That's due to a little problem in our license generation system. Our team has sent you a message with the corrected key to you on Apr-26 and we've just resent that to your digikaf account again. Please check to see if you can get it. Re-apply the key and restart FirstSpot will solve the problem.

i used the key that was sent in april (havnt reveived the latest one yet)..
now im getting,,
Thu May 12 20:27:54 2005 ***** All the error messages of session started at Thu May 12 20:27:54 2005 are shown below *****
Thu May 12 20:29:15 2005 Invalid license key file.

what exact version of FirstSpot are you using? please try the one we just sent you.

still no emails with the key attached, please ensure ur sending to [email removed]

I havnt upgraded to the newer version as im still waiting for support to suggest an upgrade method after customisng the php pages etc.. i.e what pages were changed in the recent version etc.. i spent a couple hrs redesigning the login page, shoppig cart etc etc

We've just resent the key to you again. If you still haven't got it, please provide us with the following:

1. an email address from another domain
2. the config.ini file under the FirstSpot directory

thanks got the key, and firstspot is starting now..
i guess my isp is blocking attachments containing key files.

hi, yesterday i've experienced the same problem...the same error showed up & i understand that a revised/new license key will be sent to my email address...

...my old email address isn't existing anymore (beerobs@unirock.net), here is the new one alexsanluis@it.unirock.net or robi@unirock.net.

im using firstspot in my business, an immediate response will be much appreciated.
