Adding accounts and Plans

I have downloaded and installed the latest trial version of firstspot. All seems ok until i add new accounts, i have associated them with plans and they seem to be configured the same as the default accounts and plans, sample etc.
But i cannot login with any of the new users i create.. i get invalid login!
Is this due to the trial nature of the program ?
Please advise before we buy..

It should work fine.

Did you put in any non-english charaters as the password?
The password for all default accounts is 'password' without quotes.

Let me knwo if there is still any problem.

I have set up accounts with the name Paul, pw=ghaf1001
no weird characters etc.

i find the forms less than perfect -
ie u edit a user and the plan isnt auto selected etc.

The accounts get created and are set to the same settings as the default ones.. I have 3 new plans, a 5hr a 10hr and an unlimitied one. THe users currently loggin in with problems are on the unlimited or any plan i have created.. i'll do more troubleshooting tonight..

Am i missing anything obvious ?

Plan is only a template for creating users. There are no more dependency after a user has been successfully created.

Please make sure that you have taken similar steps as follow:
1, Create your favourite plan under Plans tab.
1, Go to user tab and press the add button.
2, Enter a username, password and confirm the password.
3, select one of your favourite plan in the "Available Plans" selection box.
4, save it.
