Hello
I'm running trial version (beta) and i've a trouble with paypal payment.
Indeed when I choose an item in my shopping cart firstspot redirect me to paypal but to the common logon page of paypal instead of the billing information like price and eventually recurring payment information. So that when I logon to paypal i've my account but I can't pay.
Please note that I've succeed one time in doing a payment one time and I have not change anything since.
Thanks for your help |

I've found what was wrong !!
The problem appear when I put amount in my shopping cart with the coma as decimal separator instead of point.
Does patronsoft know this problem ? I thing a surface control should be welcome to forbiden amount with coma.
I've another question to patronsoft team :
In the credit card tab I have to put two url for PAYPAL one for succesful return and one for failure return
In the succesfull return url i've put http://www.google.fr
In the failure return url i've put http://192.168.1.100:5788/cart.php (private ip)
After a successfull payment the user return to the logon hotspot page instead of google or best the initial requested url
Why ?
Thanks for your answer |

Hello
1, A surface control (error trapping) is added to our version 3 final release, only numbers and dots are allowed in that field.
2, www.google.fr is not an exception free web site, go to the "exception free websites" tab in the configuration manger and put the domain name in will do.
