Cart not adding Plan Value to after fix applied in v8.0.9

After applying the fix for the lockup issue with paypal that was incorporated in v8.0.9, the plans are no longer adding to the the users existing time despite the checkbox being checked. This was working prior to the patch being applied.
When a user adds a plan, the plan value is replacing the user value instead of adding to it.
I did not install v8.0.9, just implemented the patch. Do I need to download and install new version?

No, both should be the same.

Please make sure you are using Shopping Cart item instead of a Plan. Mixing Shopping Cart with a Plan is an old design and it will no longer be supported.

Which attribute did you set? Can you email us your config.ini file at firstspot@patronsoft.com to double-check?

We change Shopping Cart item “After x minutes/hours/days” behavior so that it increments the value of “expiry date and time” instead of just replacing it.

This change will be included in the upcoming v8.0.10 .
