I have a problem with firstspot v7.
There was a misconfiguration and users could only log in to the hotspot for only 1 day. That problem is solved now.
But users that logged in in the past, are not able to reconnect to firstspot anymore. Because of their mac address that is blocked by firstspot.
Is there any way to unblock these users? Where can I do this?

Can you double-check:
1) Client Filter -> Black List
2) User -> Passive Login users
