Hi support
We have a number of devices that use passive mac accounts so that they are automaticly given access to the internet. This issue we are having is that they seam to be dropping there session and are being redirected to the main login page.

It seems that the user did login successfully, and then being logged out immediately. Did you enable "Logout automatically when Infobox is closed"? Any pattern on the problematic users?
Can you zip and email us the your files under FirstSpot\datasource directory for further analysis? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
