Post subject: Upgrade to Version 3 |

| Can you tell me if the upgrade to Version 3 will be seamless (ie. the install will take care of account conversions, customized screens, etc.) or is it a totally manual re-installation and reconfigure upgrade? |

There will be utilities provided to export your user databases before uninstallation (of old version of FirstSpot) and import it back to a newly-installed version.
If you have customized login pages, please back it up and copy it over the new FirstSpot after installation.
