| I use FirstSpot Standard now for about 3years for my internet caffe. Sometimes some pc's donnot get the firstspot webpage to logon , and have passthru to the web. how is that possible? Their is no accounts logon or what so ever, they just have access to the web. How can I fix this? |

That is not possible. Maybe there is router between client and FirstSpot? Can you reproduce this problem from your side?
BTW, you might want to upgrade to the current v7 in order to advantage to the new feature (e.g. iPhone/iPad iOS6 support) and bug fixes. Refer to http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/buy_now_2.html for more information.
