Black box over U-name and Pwd when printing Bulk account

Hi,
When I create bulk accounts and enable slip Printing, the username and passwords are covered with a black box on the printout.
This happends when Printing from a Win7 with IE9 or Firefox to a OKI-printer (color).
When using a Win8 with IE10 to the same printer I do not get the black boxes.

Any ideas what causes this?

What version of FirstSpot are you currently using? Are you using the trial or paid edition?
