infobox is blank after changing redirect option

I changed the redirect option under UI customisation to show the infobox. When i did that, the rediction page showed a big empty blue page with nothing on it. So i changed the redirect option back to "original".

Now when you authenticate the login page, the infobox pops up, but it is an empty blue page with no infomation, no buttons etc.

How can i get the infobox back to the old way with all the helpful information.
