hello.
finally realize the purchase of the license of FS. I wonder how the process that follows this step, since the purchase is not made directly in our company, but the contractor performed as part of a contract it has with our company. They provided us with the url to create the license http://www.patronsoft.com/firstspot/mac/, doubt mine is if after I perform the procedure described on this page I have access to a link to download the product Or should I have installed the trial version and that version license applies?

You just need to use the trial version.

When you submit the MAC address, please use the same email address that you used to make the purchase.

thanks for the reply ...

on the e-mail also have a problem, since the contractor during the purchase process incorrectly entered email address for notification of the purchasing process. so we do not know whether to place the address of email as is as they put into the buying process or email address correct?

Please send an email to firstspot@patronsoft.com and state the following:

1) the email you used to make your purchase
2) the new correct email
3) Visitor Network Interface MAC address
