| We are running version 5.1.7 and have issues with Apple devices (iphone, ipad, mac os) connecting to the internet. The devices usually will be able to grab an ip address from the dhcp server and is able to browse the internet for the first 15-30mins. Afterwhich the connection will drop but the ip address remains. Trying to manually connect to the authentication page is unsuccessful. Some devices can reconnect after restarting or having disconnected for sometime. What troubleshooting step can be done to determine the problem? |
