We are using FS 6.0.6 in production environment and we find a contradiction with the behavior of "condition to suspend accounts".
We have generated our users by bulk account function and assigning a plan. In plan, we have checked the last two conditions in the "Conditions to suspend this account":
Never
When access minutes are used up
Initial time assigned (mins):
When no. of logins exceeds:
[X] At a specific date and time (e.g. day-pass) (01-01-2012 12:00):
[x] After 10 days
In FS manual says: "Conditions to suspend this account - you can specify several conditions to suspend a user account. You can combine several conditions, and the user account will be suspended when the first condition is met."
When users log into captive portal for the first time, we expect that the system will apply the first matching condition in time (10 dyas), but the system applies the farthest condition (01-01-2012)
Is it possible to change the behavior to the more restricting condition?
We have read the news from 6.0.7 and 6.0.8 and we have not found anything about it. |

Yes, there is an inconsistency here.
Please download the below patch:
http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/download/patch/609/FirstSpotCore.zip
Just unzip and copy the .exe to your FirstSpot\dispatcher directory (backup the original file first). Note that you should only apply this patch to v6.0.8, so you might want to test it in a separate installation first. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
