We are using V6 paid for. But the quotes are not resetting. I have the dispatcher set to reset data quotes every 6 days. Daily is ticked acumulative transfer reset is set to 6. But teh last time of data transfer reset is show as 08-25-2010 and we are now 09-22-2010. But the computer is set for UK location and dates I assume the system is aware of International settings.
What do you think is the issue. I have 200 users and to reset them manually will be impossible |

Please make sure you are running the program resetABW.exe at mid-night everyday. Note that it is the resetABW.exe program that resets your client Data Transfer Quota.
Refer to chapter 3 of firstspot_guide.pdf for more information. If you still have questions, please post your firstspot_resetABW_[timestamp].log under FirstSpot\log directory.
