How is an account whose time has been exhausted replenished? If an account is exhausted, then when the user tries to log in, he is greeted by a message indicating the account has no time left. Since the infobox does not appear, then from that point there does not appear to be a path that would allow the user to get to the shopping cart to purchase more time. What seems to be needed is a mechanism to authenticate the user and then allow him to proceed to the cart without permitting Internet access until a purchase has been completed.
There is an alternate path through the sign-up page but creation of a new account is required to get to the cart. |

I think this is the default FirstSpot behavior. Maybe you can setup a uncustomized FirstSpot to perform a few tests. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
