Post subject: Connection Closed after 2 or 3 minutes

I have one user who is downloading video and his connection is closed every 2 or 3 minutes. The message he gets is that FirstSpot has closed the connection.

A copy of the fs_gw_srv log file for one of these short sessions is included below:

From the log printout, it is easy to see that the session stated at 19:48 was terminated by a "session table timeout" at 19:48. What could cause this?

Most likely you enable "Logout automatically when Infobox is closed" option.

BTW, are you interested in purchasing official support within our maintenance program? See http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/buy_now_3.html for details.

"Logout when Infobox is Closed" is enabled. However, if the user does not close the infobox, won't he stay connected?

As to your question about a maintenance contract, I thought I had purchased a contract, let me go back and look at my records. If I did not, the I think it is a good idea. Also, at the end of the development process, I intend to create a note about the process for your benefit.
