I have a few customers that dont like putting out credit card or check information on the sign up payment page. They prefer to send checks in or stop by the office to pay there bill. I also have a few corporate customers that prefer to send checks in by mail. How do I handle these type of transactions with your software when I set it up to do credit cards/checks each month when they log in?

Once you receive the payment offline:
1) the administrator can either top up the user account through web-based Configuration Manager
or
2) you can use FirstSpot API to top up the user account programmatically (refer to chapter 10 of firstspot_guide.pdf). You can integrate FirstSpot with other program using this method. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
