Post subject: Fail to find the visitor network |

| I made a change of subnet mask yesterday from 255.255.254.0 to 255.255.252.0. I did this because DHCP server kept running out of IP's at peak hours. Firstspot seemed to funtion normally overnite. Now I can not get Firstspot to start. I get the following error: Fail to find the visitor network connection Local Area Connection 2. If I do IP Config the subnets are correct. I can also ping the default gateway. |

| I figured it out. one of my techs changed the name of local area connection 2. Changed it back to the default and it is working properly. |
