change to the .csv that has user/password info

Hi, I am working with the slip printing.

I am using merge function in word to read the csv into many slips on one A4 page. The merge function works better if the column that has users has the first row as username and the column that has passwords has the first row as password.

By doing that you can setup a word doc that always prompts the user for the csv file, and then it automatically populates all the tickets/slips.

How can I get firstpot to dump a csv with the first row set to username and password ?
