Post subject: setup issues

I am getting this error when I try to start FirstSpot

The Private Network Interface and Public Network Interface network segments are overlapped (therefore FirstSpot's routing won't work). Please change the IP address

I am not sure what to change.. This is my setup.

INTERNET---> Router--->Switch---->FirstSpotBox--->WirelessAccessPoint

The nic connected to the internet in my FirstSpot Box is getting an IP through DHCP which is 10.0.100.X. The nic connected to the WAP in the FirstPoint box has the default IP given by the setup..

Hi colesy,

Please try to change either the public side or private side IP address to non-10.x.y.z address.

For example, change the private's IP (under Dispatcher tab, inside Configuration Manager) to 192.168.0.1.

This should solve the problem.
