Slip Printing on Eval Version

Hi All,

We are currently trialling FirstSpot with a view to a full rollout, and the only remaining area to confirm suitable functionality is the slip printing.

Currently, whenever we print a slip we get a printout saying the following:

Slip Preview Page 1 of 1



http://localhost.... [todays date]


Is this because we are on the trial version? Editing slip.php has no apparent effect on the printouts.

The slip print will work under trial version. In fact, the trial version has all the features except some limitations, see http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/editions.html for details.

What browser are you currently using? Also, have you turned off your popup blocker?

Hi,

I can get a printout, no problem, it just doesn't say what I want to to and editing slip.php has no effect.

Pop Ups are enabled and I am using IE6.

If I Quick Add a user I get the pop-up, confirm the user name and password are OK and can print a slip, I just want to be able to define the slip says and I cannot do this at present.

What exactly do I need to edit within slip.php to print the date, username and password and nothing else?

So you want to change the slip output? You can try to customize slip.php, see http://patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2390 for an example.
