We are looking into licensing FirstSpot for a local business looking to control user access.
How sophisticated is FirstSpot's traffic monitoring? Clearly, there is webpage monitoring and data totals, but we are concerned with some oversight of peer-to-peer traffic or other data transfer protocols. Does FirstSpot provide tracking information for peer-to-peer protocols? Does it break down transfer totals into ports so that we can see if a user is, say, primarily doing FTP transfers? |

Currently, FirstSpot "URL tracking" only tracks http.
We are investigating adding other type of tracking in the future version. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
