What do you mean by disconnect? Can you be more specific?

Also, please double-check your network using ping and nslookup (issue from both client PC and FirstSpot machine).

Disconnect means: client cannot connect to the wireless network, or sometime they connect and they get the login page, but when they enter the username and password it doesnt login...it keeps loading
also the configuration manager page doesnt open....it keeps loading

this happens usually after 3 to 4 hours of good functioning,,,,

to solve this issue manually I have to stop and start the Apache service on the server...even if the service shows started.........

Strange, the Apache in v5 should be quite stable. Maybe some client PC send out the offending packets (e.g. virus, peer-to-peer)?

You can perform a "live" restart on Apache (The command syntax should be "httpd.exe -k restart". Please type "httpd.exe -?" for more information) periodically to see whether this alleviate your situation.

another problem im facing now :

after few hours of operation the firstspot server stopped giving IP addresses for clients, clients are getting IP addresses directly from the Internet modem that connects to public network card! so they connect to the firstspot network but cant browse the internet! this happens today and yesterday

Definitely something wrong with your Windows setup. Please make sure your 2 network cards are not "bridged" within Windows networking. Please check out Microsoft documentation about bridging network cards.
