paypal setup

I am planning on finally installing firstspot this week but need some clarification on the paypal setup.I have read all the posts on the subject and apparently I am missing something.

I have set up a paypal sandbox account and it is crediting my account for time bought.
Time bought with paypal is shown on the creditcard log page in configuration manager.
The status of any credit bought is not shown and the minutes of credit bought are not added to the account.

publicly accessible url box in cofiguration is filled out as follows http://79.xxx.x.xxx:5789/ppal_ipn.php


No log file for credit card transactions is created in firstspot/log/

my router is set up to pass incoming to the ip address of computer running firstspot ie:IP 192.168.0.2

In the apache/www/log there seems to be an entry regarding paypal transaction but i cannot decipher its meaning.(See extract from log)

Also, please perform the following test to see if the port forwarding works:
1) Open a browser and enter the "Publicly accessible URL to receive transaction update" (i.e. http://79.xxx.x.xxx:5789/ppal_ipn.php for your case) from a machine outside your network.
2) Check if FirstSpot\log\txn.log is generated or any new log messages are printed.
