Bulk Accounts

Hi,

Is it possible in PatronSoft to generate bulk accounts (username/password) with specified access plan parameters (allowed time usage, bandwidth speed, etc.) so that we could use print these accounts to Prepaid cards and sell it in a hotspot area?

Would also like to ask if it is possible to disable the feature where a user can buy access time through online credit card payment.

If these are possible (and of course easy to do without much technical knowledge) then we'll definitely purchase a copy.
