Good Day,
I am a new fully registered user. Somehow my user and password are not working and I do not know why. My user name should be the same, but somehow my password has changed. I need someone to reset the password to a temporary password and e-mail me the information. If this is not possible, I will need a number in the United States that I can access for additional help. I am in California.

Are you talking about Configuration Manager's username and password? Just replace the "user" and "pass" parameter under [gateway] section with:
user =firstspot
pass =a03af780c0f2959f26512a2cc8c2efb6
(this username/password is firstspot/password)
