The current version of FirstSpot does not support Windows Service Auto Start (see readme for details).
As a workaround, as you can start FirstSpot in the command line, you can make Windows auto-run a batch file like :
sleep 30
net start "PatronSoft FirstSpot Dispatcher"
Note that you have to download the sleep command from Microsoft as it is not a standard tools. Also you might want to adjust the time delay depends on your situation.

Windows Service Auto Start will be supported in FirstSpot v3.
