I have problems with dhcp on fs... it seems that it doesn't give the ip to any clients.
With a linux client i get this messages:
angelo@portos:~$ sudo dhclient eth1
There is already a pid file /var/run/dhclient.pid with pid 134993416

I haven't any firewall installed on linux and onto firstspot. No other dhcp server are installed on the FS machine: there are only nod32 antivirus and spysweeper (antispyware).
Which test can i do to understand the problem? _________________ Thanks,

So your problem only happens in Linux client? How about a Windows client? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

No, i t happens also on windows clients. Probably, I've understood that the problem is the "nod32 kernel Service" in fact disabling all nod32 features by its gui the problem remains. But uninstalling the whole program (and also nod32 kernel Service) we haven't got the problem described and all goes fine.
Unfortunatly I've not found any doc on this issue yet on nod 32 support or on google... _________________ Thanks,
