1. First question: Is it possible to use Scenario nummber three, with three networkcards and maximum two router?
Or is there another possibility, without use of VPN?

I ask because, on a Router maximum 255 IP addresses are configureable.

2. The second question: If it is possible to configure a PXE server on an Apache system. If Yes, how?

1) You don't need to use VPN if you have control over the outgoing path (e.g. you are an ISP/WISP). Sorry, FirstSpot does not support 3 network cards configuration. We allow for 2 network cards setup - Private Network Interface that goes to the Hotspot side, and Public Network Interface that goes to the Internet side.

2) FirstSpot comes bundle with its own Apache. It might be difficult if you want to modify the existing Apache in a significant way. You might need to setup another Apache server for other application.
