I have had to restart Apache 3 times within the last 30 hours? Shows the service as running, however, I can't get into FirstSpot and when an end-user tries to login the page just hangs (they are not directed to their homepage). I stop and restart Apache and everything is fine for awhile.
It runs for a day or two and then the same scenario happens.
FirstSpot is running on 2003.

1) What FirstSpot version are you running?
2) Did you turn on "SSL-enabled login pages" within FirstSpot? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Please zip and email us your log files under FirstSpot\www\Apache\logs to firstspot@patronsoft.com for further analysis.
In the meantime as a workaround, you can set Apache service to "Auto-restart" after failure. Just go to Properties -> Recovery within the Windows Services console. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
