Hello,

we have purchased firstspot v4. Everything was working fine until today we noticed that firstspot is working reduced functionality mode.
I would like to remind you that we did not changed neither network topology or server hardware.

We need quick solution because this is live hotspot server.

Please make sure you have a valid Internet connection during FirstSpot startup.

It keeps returning in to reduced functionality mode by it self. Internet connection is fine.
I have customers returning prepaid cards.
Need help now!

Couple of observations:

1) Please upgrade to the latest v4 soon since it fixes a potential problem in the Online License Validation

2) Note that FirstSpot only checks the license once during startup, so it shouldn't change to "reduced functionality mode" by itself. The other thing is that sometimes the Configuration Manager page is cached, please restart Configuration Manager to make sure you get the "updated" page.
