Post subject: Session time out

Is there a way to inform users that their time has run out say a coupe of minutes before they are disconnected? (even after users close down the status window?)

Thanks
Carmel

Not at this moment.

In future version, we will include a similar reminder feature. But most likely we will put it in InfoBox.

What is your opinion on this? It seems that you want to put the reminder somewhere else.

It would be nice if it is possible to push this information onto the active window. Or open a pop-up say 15mins; then 10 mins and finally 5 minutes before time expires.
As it is, clients think there is something wrong and complain.
Thanks
Carmel

Thanks for your input.

Currently as a workaround, you can modify the disconnect message in the InfoBox and/or login page to be more descriptive (e.g. remind them the possibility of the idle timeout)
