Problems with redirection.

Hi.
In 4 beta2 redirection to Worldpay was working OK, until I have installed 4.00 final and now it shows me error when I purchase airtime (on the redirection page to worldpay it used to say:
"You will be redirected to WorldPay to finish the transaction shortly.
Or you can click on the Submit button to proceed."

Now it says the same, but on the bottom of the page it adds in small font:
"Warning: odbc_exec(): SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC dBase Driver] The INSERT INTO statement contains the following unknown field name: 'PAGENUM'. Make sure you have typed the name correctly, and try the operation again., SQL state S0022 in SQLExecDirect in c:\program files\firstspot\local\common_functions.php on line 295"

It than redirects me to Worldpay page, but after entering all the details and confirming payment, it redirects me back to Firstspot page saying following:
"error: no record for this invoice, item_name, custom = plan

Please click here to proceed "

I think that I have set it up like in the Beta2, but if you know the quick answer, share it with me.

Please make sure you don't copy the dbf datasource files over to the new installation.
