Regarding your grey out problem, is the self sign-up feature enabled? Or are you using the normal username/password mode (instead of Anonymous Option)?

I am not sure if i understand all of our plans are self sign up so if i choose one hopw does that help if my client has bought a month and i say self sign up plan 1 hour what happens then i have to get this resolved it is driving me crazy

if i set the the access minits to null then everyone gets on for free and has an unlimited account i have read the articles and every thing is set correctly

i have several plans 1 hour 1 day 1week 1month 1 year which plan do i select as the self sign up limitation, help this has been going on since i bought the last full version

You need to create another Self Sign-Up Plan instead of using your existing Shopping Cart Plan (e.g. 1 hour 1 day, etc...). Again, please re-read the above article for the instructions.
