Do you have a post-paid option?
That mean a guest can use my machine without create an account. After that, he pay and go. Fee will be counted base on time he use my machine, e.g. $10 per hour.

Yes. You can always charge the user (post-paid) by looking the user log directly. Also, if you don't want to create an account, you can select Anonymous Option (under Authentication Server tab).

That mean I must count the bill manual base on time ?

You don't have to count since "duration" is actually one of the field in the user log.
