Post subject: Is this configuration possible with Firstpost?

Hi,
I am currently analysing different solutions for a client, here is the need:

The client would like to give free Internet access to all his customer, but, with limitations (bandwith speed, dl/ul quotas, etc.).

And, offer the client to pay for minutes/hours of Internet access without limitations. So, the user should be able to enrol by himself online and upgrade his package to a "non free" plan.

Thanks for the answer,

You can use FirstSpot Self Sign-up feature. Here are the steps:

1) create a Plan which contains the initial user attributes for self sign-up users. E.g. lower Bandwidth throttling setting, initial Access Minutes of 15 minutes. Make sure you select this Plan under Configuration Manager -> Authentication Server -> Self sign-up Plan

2) create another Plan which is used by Shopping Cart. This Plan will have higher Bandwidth Throttling setting, and Access Minutes say 60 minutes for credit card purchase.
