Please zip and send us the following files to firstspot@patronsoft.com for further check.
1) FirstSpot\dhcp\dhcpservice.ini
2) FirstSpot\log\firstspot_DHCP_<timestamp>.log (you've not restarted FirstSpot yet), OR
FirstSpot\log\archive\firstspot_DHCP_<timestamp>.log (FirstSpot has been restarted, make sure you choose the one with correct timestamp where the problem occurred) |

You've also enabled Multiple Network Segments and the problem only affects those Gateway IPs which are being inserted into DHCP static IP-MAC mapping list.
Please stop FirstSpot, download the file below, unzip it and extract dhcpservice.exe to FirstSpot\dhcp folder. Then, start FirstSpot and test again.
http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/download/patch/602/dhcpservice.zip
This fix will be integrated into the coming v6.0.2. |
