Data transfer tracking / Data transfer quota : are these seperated logs for every login/user? is it possible to set data transfer limit for users?

1) the user log information is the table fsusrlog. Each row contains information for each login session. You can either view it within Configuration Manager, and use SQL to query the table directly.
2) Yes. Just set the quota for each user. FirstSpot will disconnect the user automatically once the quota is reached. BTW, if you want to set quota in batch, you can also use SQL to update the user table fsusr. Refer to chapter 5 of firstspot_guide.pdf for table definition details.
