Post subject: Error Logs

I downloaded and tried to install FirstSpot. The install program ends within 15 seconds and says to contact my administrator. There are no other clues as to what to do. Is there an error log generated that I can review or is there a way to run the install in a verbose mode to determine what the problem is.

Yes, there is a log. It is called firstspot_install.log within your %TEMP% directory (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp).

Please post the above log file (if it is too big, just post the last 500 lines or so).
