Firstly,

I read a lot of posts about this, and it really seems that the issue must have a solution.

Here comes my log error file :

So I already tested my hardware (a lot of machines,everything possible), all tested ok by soft check ... I already tried different OS but I focused myself on Win XP...put the recovery for Apache on the service console as told by the support.

But the software stop running and still reboot the server..

I'm tired to stay in front of my server to manage this issue and could not stay in front of the server waiting for the bug... and waiting for the version 5 to get one which work is not acceptable. As all of the users the version 4 must works as it was sold as capable ... which for the moment is not.

I think we are all waiting for the support which solve quickly this issue as it's prejudicable for our business.

So

SSL, QoS URL tracking are disabled but server still freeze and need and server restart. What log or error files do you need
