Post subject: New Install

I am trying to install a trail version of std. I have two network cards installed. One connected to my cable modem and the other goes to a laptop with a crossover cable. I have read and installed and/or removed items in the read me file. When trying to install I get a mesg that says "FirstSpot cannot install one of its required products", but doesn't say what productit cannot install. Can you help me with this? Thanks.

Post subject: Database

Does FirstSpot have a database included in it or do I need to install one on the local computer?

1) It is not exactly clear why you encounter the install problem. Our experience shows that most of the cases just installing FirstSpot in a fresh Windows will solve the problem.

2) FirstSpot includes a dbf (Dbase) datasource and you don't need to install another database. You can switch to use MYSQL and SQL Server also.

1) What OS are you using? SP level?

2) can you dump your ipconfig/all (with 2 network cards installed)?

If I understand correctly you are referring to the access charge price (using PayPal). Please refer to http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=182 for a discussion on this subject
