Hi,
As part of our FirstSpot deployment, we've allowed free access to a couple of locally hosted websites to our clients.
Now, I've set the Global Bandwidth Throttling to 6KB/1KB, and I'm just curious to know if that applies to "Exception Free Website" users..

Yes, Global Bandwidth Throttling will work with Exception Free Websites. BTW, it will work with Client Pass-through as well.
